Policy
From our experience for developing and provide HR services for more than 20 years, we understand that how to make the customers gain the experience from good HR system not only receiving from the capacity of smart developed program itself but also from the excellent service provided by effective Team working with willing, trust, and embrace innovation.
Even though we have the intelligent program, our team does not understand the program or even given advice or provide full capacity to the customers. This may affect to the customers not be able to use program efficiently. If the customers encounter with urgent problem but no one gives the right advice and identifies the best solution, the situation will be turmoil, especially during payroll period. We realize how important of after sales service must be conducted when the customers expect they can count on us. We always coach our staffs to provide better customer service and be able to building the effective service mind’s staffs in the workplace. And it is well-suited with our mission to provide

Privacy
As myHR has mainly provided services in human resources for more than 20 years, protecting the confidentiality about management or business information of our customers is fundamental to our existence. Our confidentiality policy covers not only how we protect confidential information, but also how we avoid conflicts of interest; support and train our staffs to understand and apply our policies; and what we do to ensure that we abide by the highest standards of business ethics. We do not have any reputation risk from protecting the confidentiality, and all staffs are encouraged to sign the document about protection of confidential customer data. We create the policy of Data Protection and Privacy which defines who has access to data. Moreover, we framed our standard work system to comply with ISO27001 Certification, and will be covered under PDPA. Our intention is to provide a baseline standard of protection for personal data as accordance with global safety system, and to keep our customer information safest and most secure.
Safety
Data Safety System is vital and also enables the effective implementation of protective digital privacy measures to prevent unauthorized access to Cloud or from hackers, crooks, identified thieves. We implement data security solutions to protect against cyber-attacks and maintain our system to comply with ISO27001 standard. myHR system has been regularly checked by Pentest method. It is significant that we make various sets of backup data, and provide training program for our staffs to understand this point. With research and more study in new trend of cyber-attacks, we assure our system can be implemented to be safe and secure.
