Management Team
Planning and creating organization strategy, being the consultant for other teams, creating and monitoring the organization rules and regulations to operate properly, following-up work progress and enhance problem solving skills with other team leaders who encounter obstacle.
Sales & Marketing Team
Reaching out to public to know and be appealed with the organization developing system. Defining product descriptions and services that make the interested customer clear, transparent, feel happier and more productive. Persuading to choose services to better match with the customers’ needs, and ensuring the services follow-up are consistent and effective.
Consulting Team
Giving advice and using system technique training. Designing and improving the system to touch on both the product effectiveness and its benefits during starting using period. Migrating old customer data to myHR system, tracking, and tuning myHR system for operation efficiency to the customer as planned.
Support Team
Providing advice to the customer transferred from Consulting Team to fix the requirement as agreed. Assisting with systems customized work in case additional work is required. User training will be provided if manpower adjusting is also needed. System upgrading when new technology trend and capacity has already developed.
Development Team
Develop and improve the system that Consulting team or Support Team received from the customer conclusion. Make preliminary testing, provide consulting idea to create any materials out of the teams’ skillsets for the improvement, and develop the system with other teams.
Research Team
Conduct regular research and develop new service trend for the business that make the appropriate changes to the marketing plan. Give expert advice to develop myHR systems and related topics with other teams.
System Engineer Team
Systems Engineers are responsible to maintain and protect the customer data center be the highest stable and secure. Monitoring all physical networks, network devices and all computer accessories in the organization be functionally work and organizing data backup as identified in the policy.
Administration Team
Performing the general tasks necessary for the organization i.e. accounting, financial issues, personnel management, law, and workplace environment. Assisting with other teams to get the advantage from efficient work performance.
