When studying through our experience and statistical analysis shows that HR outsourcing in business is mainly aimed on transferring some tasks from the company to the provider, and this function does not facilitate more benefit to the clients.The strategy we realized and planned is to provide the maximum benefit of outsourcing for every concerned party. We must deliver the awesome benefit of combining Digital HR Process optimization in which social, mobile, analytics and cloud technologies are leveraged to make HR more efficient.
Digital HR is leveraged to create a connection and the benefit between people who serve in the business as the employee, supervisor, manager, HR staff team, executive person and the service provider companies. HR Processes require documentation in all steps, so Digital HR has delivered advanced HR functions with technology since the beginning. Every process will have changing to be digital that can provide the benefit to every concerned party. When new hired employee is required to fill in the information on the application form, then HR staff has to entry data into the organization system. Later, the form will be submitted to outsourcing provider for data entry, so that the process was repeated 3 times. With HR digital will focus to reduce paper waste and streamline existing processes for better performance. When the applicant inputs data into the system, such data will be automatically delivered to HR Department and Outsourcing Provider in digital format and some additional data need to be filled, i.e. Employee ID, salary scale, bank account number and other related information as defined in the list below.
