The goal of training and development is to align employee goals and performance with that of the organization. A training program allows them to strengthen those skills that each employee needs to improve to meet the quality standards. This can assist the company to deliver products and perform services effectively. The system will be the tool that helps the company be efficient to monitoring work under ISO standard, and allows the user or performer to identify standard Training Need for the employee of each position. After identifying the training standard is completed, the system will check who does not perform Training Need completely and automatically inform to the concerned person for arranging complete training course. Otherwise, Training & Development Manager can create the program that will be available for the employees who can make self-reserved.
