This system is created to identify the organization structure which determines how the organization will operate and perform. In a functional structure, an organization is divided into smaller groups by either areas of specialty or define in a hierarchy. In many cases, the management structure evolves from using a structure can include of division, department, section, business unit, branch, job position, job description, job group and other relevant matters using as based data for new hire to be enrolled in the organization and in accordance with the identified policy. For example, Mr. Peter Man from Marketing Department located in Thailand Branch, and his position is Assistant Sales Manager. This information is really important for the system. If such data do not input, the system will not work properly and be unable to use.

The standard for appropriated new hire recruitment or checklist should be consisted of age, education background, content of job specification and job description, and candidate competency. This can help supervisors and HR hire several new employees quickly and efficiently without falling behind on their routine.
